If we can make an agreeable deal between you, as the seller, and us as the buyer, we will do all the work to close the deal, including covering the costs associated with the sale, making it as efficient and easy as we can for you as the seller. There are no fees or commissions in our sales agreements, and we can have notaries come to you, meaning you don't even need to leave the house! Depending on the situation, we may agree to cover any taxes (current and/or past due) at the time of the sale.
